Reserving Records
It is advisable to contact us and reserve what record/s you want before sending payment.
Records are reserved for 14 days, in which time payment is required.
Payment
We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, cheque, postal order, bank transfer and cash (we advise that cash is sent by recorded delivery).
Please note that if payment is made by cheque without a cheque guarantee card number your order will not be sent out until it has cleared our bank account.
Postage & Packaging
UK: (Recorded delivery) £2.00 for the first 12" and £1.00 for each record thereafter. Double packs count as 2 records.
Europe & The rest of the World: We obtain the best price and service required for the specific country, which the customer will be informed of before despatch.
All orders are insured free of charge to a value of £250.00.
All our records are mailed out in strong cardboard envelopes.
Catalogue
Catalogues sent by e-mail and post are free of charge.
Your Wants
We keep a record of all customers wants, you will be contacted if the record/s you want come into stock or are no longer reserved by someone else.
In many cases a number of people may want the same record. All these people will be contacted by the same e-mail at the same time. Those people that have wanted the record the longest have priority in ordering the record.
Record Information
Our records are a mixture of new and used. All records are cleaned and checked for quality before being despatched.
Returns policy
If you receive any records that are not as described or defective then you must contact us within 7 days of the buyer taking delivery of the record(s).
Records can be returned to us for an exchange, refund or credit. If we find there to be no problems as mentioned by the customer then the record(s) will be returned to the customer and they will have to pay any additional costs for administration and the return postage.
Returned records must be posted to us suitably packaged and by using the same method as they were shipped to the customer (eg. recorded delivery). NB: we cannot be held responsible for any items not sent by recorded delivery.
Postage costs are not refundable.
When buying goods and services on the internet, you are entering a legally binding contract. UK law is the applicable law.
All orders are subject to availability.
